Knock, Knock
With thousands of REALTORS® serving Richmond and the surrounding areas, it’s fair to wonder, what makes one different from the next? Especially when friends, family, and colleagues are in the mix.
At the core, the role may be the same, but it’s the experience that’s different.
I am not transactional agents, I’m an invested partner. I care about the experience just as much as the outcome. This is a big decision, and I believe it should be met with approachability, transparency, and care from start to finish.
I’d like to introduce myself…
Your Breaux for Life
“Jo helped me buy my investment property. When the lender dropped the ball, Jo picked it up and ran! She saved the deal quickly because she had someone who took care of me. It was my first time using her and now i use her for all my purchases.”
Jo Ann Breaux
Realtor® / Dame of All Trades-
Jo never planned on a career in real estate, but once she opened the door, she was all in. A self-proclaimed Dame of All Trades, she’s since opened many doors for her clients and believes there’s nothing more meaningful than helping people find home.
Her path spans Panama, Louisiana, New York, and back again to Richmond, the city she proudly calls home. With a background in web development and marketing, and seven years in real estate, Jo brings a rare mix of strategy, creativity, and genuine care to everything she does.
A published writer, lifestyle photographer, and lifelong creative, she values connection, good humor, and helping others discover possibilities they may not have considered. She’s deeply committed to supporting local communities and businesses, and believes neighborhoods thrive because people contribute to them .
When she’s not working, you’ll find her at live shows, writing, watching indie films, singing karaoke in unlikely places, enjoying red wine, cheering on Liverpool, or dreaming up her next creative venture—usually alongside her partner Dan, his daughter, and three fiercely loved felines.
