  • Jo never planned on a career in real estate, but once she opened the door, she was all in. A self-proclaimed Dame of All Trades, she’s since opened many doors for her clients and believes there’s nothing more meaningful than helping people find home.

    Her path spans Panama, Louisiana, New York, and back again to Richmond, the city she proudly calls home. With a background in web development and marketing, and seven years in real estate, Jo brings a rare mix of strategy, creativity, and genuine care to everything she does.

    A published writer, lifestyle photographer, and lifelong creative, she values connection, good humor, and helping others discover possibilities they may not have considered. She’s deeply committed to supporting local communities and businesses, and believes neighborhoods thrive because people contribute to them .

    When she’s not working, you’ll find her at live shows, writing, watching indie films, singing karaoke in unlikely places, enjoying red wine, cheering on Liverpool, or dreaming up her next creative venture—usually alongside her partner Dan, his daughter, and three fiercely loved felines.

Cira Salerno

  • Tired of all the snow, Cira comes to us by way of Pennsylvania and how lucky are we to have Italian in the mix. This 2nd generation Sicilian has had a successful real estate career since 2020 and achieving Top Producer status. Inspired by her own home purchase, Cira fell in love with the job and has been killing it ever since. She comes not only with experience, but has a lot of old world charm to her. You feel like she’s gonna give you Nonna’s recipe any minute now.

    Her approach to real estate is straightforward and a no BS attitude. She tells it like it is and her clients love her for it. She puts all her clients at ease when it comes to her expert negotiation skills. Her passion comes from a desire to show people what they can achieve and to help them envision what home can be.
